She holds a Bachlers’ degree in Creative Arts from the University of Lagos; MSc Leadership & Development, Kings’ College, London; Entrepreneurship Certification, Harvard Business School; and Leadership Certification (Women in Leadership) as well as Strategic Studies from Lagos Business School. She also holds a Management Consulting Certification from The Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Nigeria: Certified Management Consultant, 2019 and she is also a member of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes: Accredited Member, 2019. She is a WIMBIZ (Women In Management, Business, and Public Service) Associate and a graduate of the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance (SPPG) #FixPolitics Cohort 2021.

As an undergraduate at the University of Lagos, Oyin became a member of the Nigerian Leadership Initiative (NLI) and was the student Vice-President. In 2012, Oyin co-founded the Youth Participatory Development Initiative. An initiative that strives to give the underserved an opportunity to compete in; and contribute to their society. The Initiative is established to work towards equal opportunities for youth development, regardless of parental, financial, or behavioral backgrounds. Oyin sits on the board of Unveiling Africa Foundation and the Eve Global Foundation.

Roles in business development, consulting, non-profit, and product design have given her the ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. In 2014, Oyin Olugbile also Co-founded and headed the Eve Global Foundation for Women, an initiative of Genesis Studios, Nigeria. She has gained recognition for her impact in various areas of social development, in 2013 a nominated for the Public Service Excellence by the ’30-under-30 Awards’ championed by the ‘Think-Oyo Initiative. Oyin thrives on social services and community development. She can be counted on to execute big ideas. She was a Co-Partner and former Executive Director of EBSS Global.

She is currently the CEO of Parisian Global Consult; a Social Impact Management Consulting Company that helps to design effective programs and channels to foster accountability and management of resources in social development funds. Oyin Olugbile is also the Chief Curator of the Experience Factory, an education enterprise dedicated to curating out-of-classroom experiences for young people. EXF programs range from arts & crafts, STEM, EXF programs range from arts & crafts, STEM, photography, health & nutrition to financial literacy.
