Mr. Adetunji Lamidi is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FCMB Microfinance Limited. Prior to this appointment, he was an Assistant Vice President & Group Head of Mass Market Banking for FCMB Limited. He was formerly a Regional Service Manager & Head of Franchise for MTN Nigeria. He had served as a Service CentreManager at MTN and also as a Regional Sales Manager for Kewalram/Chanrai Nigeria Limited.

Over the course of his sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in general management skills, including sales operations, strategy development, budgeting, project management, customer relation, and inventory management. He has a very rich experience /understanding of the Consumer market driven by innovation with over 20 year’s post-graduation experience in Commercial/trading, Telecoms & Banking Organizations.

Tunji attended the University of Ibadan, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. In addition to his MBA, he has attended executive/leadership programs at Lagos Business School, Helix Institute & IFC/World Bank training on digital Finance Services.

Tunji is a member of the Rotary Club of Lagos where he serves as its Executive Secretary and Sigma Club, (Old Sigmites Association) which is focused on socio–philanthropy, and service to humanity. He is also a member of the prestigious IKOYI Club. He was a recipient of the CEO Silver award for Sales Excellence in 2003 and Y’ELLO STAR AWARD for Customer Service & Living the Values, MTN in 2005.
